In the legal sense, it is a behavior that appears to be disturbing or threatening.
From 3 months to 2 years of imprisonment or a fine from 6 to 24 months. The amount of the fine can be of 2€ to 400€ per day.
If the victim belongs to a vulnerable group (due to age, social reasons or condition), the charge will be of imprisonment (from 6 months to 2 years).
If there are family relationship with the offender, or the victim is or has been married to the offender, the charge can be from 1 to 2 years or 60 to 120 days of community services.
Once the penal sentence is irrevocable, the Public Administration will determine the community services that are to be rendered.
Same can consist on repairing the damaged caused or to support victims of similar cases or participate in workshops and trainings to create awareness.
Community services are to be held 8 hours a day under court supervision. Unjustified absence for more than 2 days will be punished with imprisonment up to 2 years.
