He prepared the Official Public Exams to become a Judge, and holds a master in International Business Law from ESADE university (2010). He is continuously attending various specialization courses and seminars, amongst them the THOMSON REUTERS 2015-2016 courses on prevention of Money laundering and Compliance. He has gained important experience during his professional practice, and he specializes in procedural law, civil, criminal and commercial litigation. His Bar Registration Number is 2.144 at ICASF.
WORKING EXPERIENCE
Agustí Peñalvert works as a lawyer since 2000, focusing his activity in the area of Civil Law (debt management, obligations and contracts, claims for damages, wills, etc) and Criminal Law (property, life, business integrity, etc). Despite being based in Barcelona, he has been rendering services for clients located at different parts of Spain.
Through the years, we have developed a number of protocols for the management of the cases, to ensure a prompt resolution and achieve the best results.
We have great deal of experience defending clients from theft, robbery, fraud, misappropriation, injury, illegal detention, threat, coercion, physical abuse, violence against women, business information disclosure, company law crimes, bankruptcy and insolvency, crimes against industrial and intellectual property, fraud against Social Security and Tax Authorities, etc.
In the are of Civil Law, he has managed several cases of claims for property damages, family mediations, registry discrepancies and shareholding conflicts.
In all the cases, he has ensured the clients interests as if they were their own, as an example, requiring to the Court to archive/disregard the evidences obtained through unauthorised methods of investigation.
